The Death Tremors, Timothy Eerie, & Transcendental Telecom - "Wonderful Christmastime" (Paul McCartney Cover)

The Death Tremors, Timothy Eerie, & Transcendental Telecom – “Wonderful Christmastime” (Paul McCartney Cover)

Something about this oscillating Florida winter/infinite summer must have inspired Orlando’s The Death Tremors, Timothy Eerie, and Transcendental Telecom; because they’ve come together, in the name of Christmas, to cover the best Beatle’s Christmas Classic. Timothy Eerie’s Casey Lerman and Transcendental Telecom’s Spencer Tricker duet over the famous synth melody that’s been spiked beyond recognition — like the egg nog after Grandma shows up.

As the song progresses, we hear an instrumental breakdown where the bands’ personalities really take over. It sounds like John Lennon’s ghost is seeking revenge because they chose to cover this over “Happy Xmas (War Is Over).” If you weren’t feeling Krampus’ warm stranglehold before, you will now, cuz I’m feeling festive as fuck. Enjoy.
